PRE-ORDERS AND ORDERS
What is a pre-order?

GCDS offers the possibility to pre-order a selection of products before their release.
All pre-order products are explicitly marked as "Pre-order Items" with their commercial launch.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Pre-order products will be shipped by the estimated date specified on the product description page. If your order also contains products not on pre-order, the items will be shipped in one single shipment as soon as they are available.

How can I place an online order?

Select the products you are interested in and add them to your shopping cart. From here you can check your selection, modify it or proceed directly to checkout.
To complete your order, simply indicate your billing and shipping address (if different) and select a payment method.
You can also shop on our site by registering in the My account section.

How can I check if my order has been successfully received?

The order is considered confirmed only when you receive the confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address indicated in the purchase form.
The e-mail will contain the confirmation and summary of the order, such as: description and information about the product, including the total price of the order, taxes and possible shipping costs.

Cancelling or modifying an order

If for any reason you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to satisfy your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed once it has been placed. If your order has already been shipped, please note that you can still request a return by following the instructions in theResurns section.

How do I send a gift?

If you want to make a gift, you will have the option to flag "THIS ORDER IS A GIFT" and inserting the recipient's shipping address in the next step.
The gift will be delivered inside our classic branded package, we will not include the invoice inside, so your spending will remain a secret. The gift option applies to the entire order: if you have multiple products in your cart to give to different people, we suggest you place separate orders.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Where can I ship my order?

At checkout you can choose the shipping address where you wish to receive your order, which can be different from your billing address.
Please note that our courier, DHL, cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or PO Box addresses.

GCDS Srl processes orders within the next 24 hours, during the first available working day.

How can I check my order?

Non appena l’ordine verrà affidato a DHL riceverai una notifica con il numero di tracking via e-mail.
È possibile, inoltre, accedere a queste informazioni all’interno della sezione My account.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.

Shipments for extra EU countries

Per tutte le spedizioni provenienti o dirette da e verso Paesi che non appartengono all'Unione Europea, Il destinatario è responsabile di tutte le tasse d'importazione, tasse doganali, e locali imposte dal paese in cui si effettua la spedizione.
Il pagamento di queste tasse è indispensabile per permettere lo sdoganamento dell'ordine.
Non è possibile calcolare quale sia la cifra esatta da pagare per tasse e dazi, quindi ti invitiamo a verificarli prima di effettuare un ordine.

PAYMENTS AND PRICES
Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit/Debit Card
Payments are made through Shopify Payments system. We accept payments by credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay) as well as ApplePay, GooglePay and ShopPay payment systems.

PayPal
After confirming the order through our website, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure servers, where you can access your account and pay using your remaining balance or linked bank account.
Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your purchase details.

Amazon Pay
Amazon Pay allows you to complete the purchase by accessing your Amazon account and using the pre-saved payment methods and shipping address. More information on Amazon Pay (https://pay.amazon.com/)

Scalapay
Scalapay allows you to buy and receive your order immediately and to pay it in 3 installments with a monthly due date and no interest. No additional cost is charged if the installments are paid by the due date.
Upon confirming your order through the website, you will be redirected to Scalapay, where you can either access your existing profile or create one.
Once payment confirmation is provided, the first installment (equivalent to one-third of the total order value) will be charged, while the two subsequent installments will be charged in the following two months.

Klarna
Klarna allows you to buy and receive your order immediately and to pay it in 3 installments with a monthly due date and no interest. No additional cost is charged if the installments are paid by the due date.
You will be required to enter your credit/debit or prepaid card details. The first charge will occur after the order is shipped, and the remaining charges will be automatically processed every 30 days.

Please note that you can check your order status at any time in the "My Orders" section on your account.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the shipping country.
In case of returns, the refund will always be issued back to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Prices

The prices indicated on the website are per item, expressed in dollars and include VAT. In accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer will receive written confirmation at the time of acceptance of his order containing information about the products ordered, the amount paid, details of the price of each product, as well as the existence of the right of withdrawal, which these conditions of sale already inform about.
No further taxes or customs duties are charged in the EU. During the checkout process, VAT is indicated individually.
GCDS informs that the prices displayed may be subject to change without any notification.

Do I have to pay import taxes to receive my order?

Any customs fees are applied at the discretion of the carrier and according to local laws. All customs fees must be paid by the customer and will not be covered by GCDS. For more accurate information, we suggest you contact your local customs office.

L’ autorizzazione all’addebito è stata negata; come devo procedere?

If you have received an email informing you that your payment has failed, please place a new order online or contact us.
We will help you to understand the reason for the refused transaction and to choose another payment method.

MY ACCOUNT

If you use this Site and/or register through the creation of an account and/or password, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for limiting access to your computer. If you register or provide any information to us, you agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate information. GCDS is not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to any enquiries or complaints caused by incorrect, outdated or inaccurate information provided by you or by technical problems beyond the control of GCDS. You acknowledge and agree that any login, identifier or password issued in connection with this Site (each a "Password") is confidential information and must be kept secure. You may not disclose such password to another person or allow another person or entity to access the Site using that password. You must notify GCDS immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. GCDS cannot be responsible for, and disclaims any liability in connection with, the use of any information you post or display on this Site.

GIFT CARD
How can I purchase an E-gift Card?
  • E-Gift Cards can only be purchased online and can be paid for with all available payment methods: E-gift Card

  • E-Gift Cards are available in 4 size: 50, 100, 200, 500 EUR/GBP/USD

How can I use my E-gift Card?
  • E-Gift Cards can be used by the respective owner only online to purchase any product, except for other E-Gift Cards.

  • To use the E-Gift Card, enter the code received via email in field "Discount code or gift card" during the payment process.

Can I return the E-gift Card and convert its value into cash?

Once purchased, E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Can I use only partially my E-gift Card?

If the total of your purchase is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the difference will remain available on your E-Gift Card and can be used for future purchases.

How can I check my remaining balance?

To check the balance of your E-Gift Card, please contact our customer service (Contact Us).

What can I do if my E-gift Card balance is not sufficient for a purchase?

If the total of your purchase exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card, the difference must be paid with a valid form of payment.

Can I return an order made with an E-gift Card?

If you make a total or partial return of your purchase paid with a E-Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to the E-Gift Card itself.
